This system can make massive income for the Georgia School and reward the donors.
Graphic-Links presents a black and white photograph (which the School supplies) and this is divided by a grid of squares that can each be bought by supporters (donors). Active grid-squares (which have already been purchased) are replaced by a coloured section of the photograph, which makes them more noticeable.
These active squares, when a user's mouse passes over them, show each donor's name and message of support and are also linked, by a click of the mouse, to web content - 'pages' - specifically written and maintained by the donor but provided by GL. These reward web 'pages' can contain further messages and photographs provided by the donor and links to any relevant emails and even other websites.
This makes an interesting read for website visitors, who can discover all the messages and visit the related web pages of the previous donors.
Remember to move your mouse over the main image below - as you pass over a coloured square - or patch of squares - you will be able to read the short messages left. If you click your mouse when reading some of the short messages you will see the web page that the donor has left. Enjoy this site setup to demonstrate working with the GL and school!
