A system to make income for Causes (Charities, Churches, Colleges or Schools, Athletics and others) and, unusually, will reward the donors. Every page is seen as a single appeal for some particular cause and is not normally viewed as a part of a whole set of pages. It will usually be a page or set of pages and will stand alone and not be accompanied by these explanations.

Graphic-Links has developed a unique system that appears on each Cause's website as a page that includes a monochrome photograph (which the Cause supplies) and this is divided by a grid of squares that can each be sold to supporters (donors). Active grid-squares (which have already been purchased) are replaced by a coloured section of the photograph, which makes them more noticeable.

Graphic-Links provides this free add-on web software to enable Causes to raise lots of money. Supplied and hosted for free, and each Cause can raise between £50k and £2m for themselves from each instance of the system.

The active squares, when a user's mouse passes over them, show each donor's name, message of support and logo or small image and are also linked, by a click of the mouse, to web content - 'pages' - specifically written and maintained by the donor but provided by GL.

These reward web 'pages' can contain further messages and photographs provided by the donor and links to any relevant emails and even other websites, all handled by our own free software for donors. This content makes an interesting read for website visitors, who can discover all the messages and visit the related web pages of the previous donors.

The donors will also get the optional (Cause decided) additional rewards by joining the community of donors and being able to exchange messages and trade products and services amongst themselves.

The Cause has no maintenance to do and spends nothing except on marketing to obtain donations - as Graphic-Links provides and hosts the software and administers the system and all the donors can update their own message and 'page' whenever they wish, for free. We take income from every donation, to pay for the facilities and system - but if there are no donations, nothing is charged.
